About Our Practice
Mr. Jonathan D. Hancock BSN MSN NP-C
Jonathan was born and raised locally in the Fayetteville community. He attended East Carolina University and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2005. After graduation he began practice as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville NC. He later returned to East Carolina University and completed the advanced practice degree graduating in 2009 with honors with a Masters of Science in Nursing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
Upon becoming credentialed through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners he was awarded the Department of Health and Human Services Rural Health Service Corps scholarship and began practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Belhaven North Carolina. Working for the Boyette Medical Clinic he provided primary care in the family practice setting, hospitalist and emergency care at Pungo District Hospital, as well as geriatric care in surrounding long term care facilities. In 2011 he returned to Greenville NC and joined the East Carolina University Surgical Oncology team and provided surgical care to patients with various cancer related conditions at Vidant Medical Center. In 2014 he returned home and started the SimpleClinic to provide a variety medical services within the Fayetteville community.
Mrs. Sharon Gallagher MSN, RN, FNP-C
As a former military dependent, she received her undergraduate degree from Cochise College, in Douglas, AZ in 1995. She immediately relocated to Ft. Bragg, NC. Having lived in the Fayetteville community for the past 24 years, she warmly considers Fayetteville home. Embracing her vast acute care, hospice, and geriatric nursing experiences as a registered nurse, she went on to attain her Master of Science in Nursing as a Nurse Educator in 2010. In academia, she continues to positively influence future nurses. Recognizing the ongoing transformation in healthcare, she opted to further pursue clinical and academia balance.
In 2017, she achieved a Post-Master of Science in Nursing Certificate from South University as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Once credentialed through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, she began practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner at SimpleClinic. Sharon is actively pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice at University of North Carolina in Wilmington.
Mrs. Heather Joslin MSN, FNP-C
Mrs. Heather Joslin, MSN-FNP-C is a Fayetteville native and military veteran. Heather served in the Armed Forces for 6 years. After honorably leaving the military, she pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Methodist University, where which she graduated in 2015.
Upon graduation with her BSN, she began practicing as a Registered Nurse on the NeuroScience Unit at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. After practicing as an RN for a few years, she chose to continue to grow her medical credentials out of love for the field, and more importantly her love for her patients. In 2018 she completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at South University based out of Savannah, Georgia.
Heather holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
